highly strategic, global leadership role within Analog Bits, responsible for end-to-end management of IT infrastructure, information security, and technology operations across all company locations, including the USA, Europe, and other international sites, as well as the Prague engineering and development center. Served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), with full accountability for defining, implementing, and continuously evolving the company’s cybersecurity strategy in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role included real-time threat monitoring and analysis, design and execution of security controls, and safeguarding of enterprise infrastructure, systems, and sensitive data on a global scale.
Additionally, the position encompassed full lifecycle ownership of global IT infrastructure architecture, operations, and optimization, including servers, applications, networks, hardware, and software across the organization. A key responsibility was ensuring high availability, security, and business continuity of critical IT services, while coordinating international IT teams in an English-speaking working environment.
